On July 28, 2021 Arkansas Law changed to require all fingerprints for state background checks be submitted digitally through a certified Live Scan Operator.  This requires that all applicants in the private security, physician, nursing, pharmacy, accounting, and real estate industry that must pass a state and federal background check be digitally fingerprinted.
