SRTS,  Inc.  (Strategic Response Tactical Systems) mission is to help people become empowered, increase their overall safety, and respond to threats to protect themselves and their loved ones through quality training and professional development. We seek to make a difference in the life of those we serve and train.  By assisting in your personal growth and development in the use of firearms and preparedness, we will help make your life and our community safer.

SRTS,  Inc.  Instructors understand the threats we could possibly face and   understand most people aren’t prepared or properly trained to respond to these acts of violence. These risks to our personnel safety and the   safety of our families are prevalent in all areas or our life, from our   homes, work places, to our recreational activities.  Let SRTS, Inc. help you through one of our training courses or custom classes.   

SRTS,  Inc. also improves  businesses, churches, and schools safety through  emergency planning and  preparedness consultation. We conduct safety assessments for businesses and organizations, provide emergency action plans, and training to staff on emergency response.

My name is Josh McMillian and I am the Owner and an Instructor of SRTS, INC.  I am a loyal husband, devoted father to three beautiful children, a Law Enforcement Officer, and passionate about positively contributing to those around me.  I am a firearms enthusiast, lifelong martial artist, and eternal student. I find my motivation in helping others achieve their dreams and passions.  I love to see those who attend our training be develop  in their professional abilities and increase their skill-sets.  

At SRTS, Inc. we invest in all who trust us with their training and are glad to use our experiences to better them.  Our lives are most gratifying when those we serve are successful.
