Concealed carry courses

Certifies  participants to obtain their Basic Arkansas Concealed  Handgun Carry  License (CHCL). The course includes classroom instruction  covering  Arkansas law, CHCL rules and regulations, general firearm  safety,  storage and maintenance of a firearm, concealed carry methods,  all  necessary paperwork to apply for a CHCL, and fingerprinting. Course   Includes firearm training on the fundamentals of marksmanship and all   participants must demonstrate familiarization with their firearm and   complete a course of fire. Certifies  participants to obtain their  Arkansas Enhanced Concealed Handgun Carry  License (ECHCL). The enhanced  license expands concealed carry holders  ability to carry in more  places that were previously restricted.  Examples include, churches,  universities, and places of business.

All   participants must successfully meet the requirements to receive their   Basic Concealed Handgun Carry License. The course includes instruction   on the ECHCL requirements, rules and regulations, and all necessary   paperwork to apply for an ECHCL.
